Future SD REALTOR Meeting Schedule
REALTOR® Convention of the Dakotas
For over 50 years, North Dakota Association of REALTORS® and South Dakota REALTORS® have partnered to bring REALTORS® from around each state together for education, networking and fun.
The convention provides REALTORS® and staff with information, skill building and resources to enhance member’s businesses.
The networking and learning opportunities aim to strengthen relationships between members from both states.
Open House Weekend
REALTORS® from around the state schedule one weekend in April to host open houses in their communities. Open houses are one of many steps of the home buying or selling process. A great opportunity for buyers to check out properties and for sellers to attract potential buyers and generate interest in their homes. The Open House Weekend is held the third weekend unless a holiday weekend.
South Dakota REALTORS® Ring Day
Since 2010, SD REALTORS® Ring Day gives an opportunity to real estate professionals to support a cause that is dear to them: Housing. By ringing the bell for the Salvation Army, the largest housing nonprofit, the funds REALTORS® raise provides emergency, temporary and permanent shelter to tens of thousands of people across the country .
The Annual SD REALTORS® Ring Day is the first Friday of December.
