• Discover that as a real estate agent, you are your business. In business, the bottom line is hard to understand. This course will help you understand what goes into a business plan, how to budget, understand cash flows, navigate the employee vs. 1099 world, and get a basic outline of tax treatment. We will also work through how to hire an assistant the right way, how to set up your company, and generally how to grow your real estate career.
